How do I make a booking?

To make a booking on RatedVillas:

1. Sign in to your RatedVillas account or create a new account.
2. Choose the property you would like to book.
3. Select your check-in and check-out dates.
4. Enter the number of guests.
5. Review the total price, property rules and cancellation terms.
6. Continue using the booking option shown on the property.

Depending on the property, you may see one of the following options:

Book Immediately

Complete the required booking and payment steps. Your booking will be confirmed once you see the confirmation in your account.

Send Booking Request

Your request will be sent to the host or agency for approval.

If they approve the request, you will be notified and given a limited amount of time to complete the booking. The request may expire if you do not complete it within the time shown.

Once your booking is confirmed:

• It will appear in My Bookings
• You will receive a confirmation notification or email
• The full property address will become available
• You will be able to contact the host or agency regarding your stay

You may need to complete identity verification before making a booking.

A booking is not confirmed until its status shows Confirmed in your RatedVillas account.
