How do I add and manage multiple properties?

Agency accounts can manage multiple properties from one RatedVillas account.

Adding a property

1. Sign in to your agency account.
2. Open Your Listings.
3. Select Create a New Listing.
4. Enter the property details, photographs, prices and availability.
5. Preview the listing.
6. Submit it for verification and approval.

Repeat these steps for each property you want to add.

Information required for each property

Make sure every listing includes accurate:

• Property name and description
• Country, area and address
• Guest capacity, bedrooms and bathrooms
• Photographs
• Amenities and facilities
• House rules
• Check-in and check-out information
• Pricing and minimum-stay requirements
• Availability
• Cancellation terms
• Booking method

Do not copy information between properties unless it is genuinely the same.

Managing existing properties

From Your Listings, you should be able to:

• Edit property information
• Update photographs
• Change prices
• Block or release dates
• Review booking requests
• Check confirmed bookings
• Temporarily deactivate a property
• View its approval status

Keep the availability for every property accurate to prevent double bookings.

Property approval

Each new property may need to be reviewed by RatedVillas before it becomes visible to guests.

If a property is not approved, review the reason provided, correct the information and resubmit it.

Include your agency name and the relevant property references when contacting support.
