How do I add a property?

To add a property to RatedVillas:

1. Sign in to your host account.
2. Open Your Listings.
3. Select Create a New Listing.
4. Complete each section of the property form.
5. Preview the listing and check that all information is correct.
6. Submit the property for verification and approval.

Information you will need

You may be asked to provide:

• Property type
• Country, area and full address
• Number of guests, bedrooms and bathrooms
• Property title and description
• Photographs
• Amenities and facilities
• House rules
• Check-in and check-out times
• Availability calendar
• Prices and minimum stay
• Booking method
• Cancellation terms
• Payout details

Make sure all information is accurate and that the photographs show the property clearly.

Before submitting

Check that:

• The property description is accurate
• Prices and availability are up to date
• All important rules and charges are shown
• You have permission to advertise and rent the property
• The property complies with any applicable local laws, licences and regulations

Property verification

After submission, the property may show as Under Review while RatedVillas checks the listing.

The property will not become available to guests until it has been approved.

If the listing is not approved, review the reason provided, correct the information and submit it again.

Once approved, the property will appear under Your Listings, where you can update its information, prices and availability.

The current RatedVillas content includes Your Listings, Create a New Listing, previewing, verification, admin approval and resubmission when a listing is declined.
